The KwaZulu-Natal Netball Super League returned to Richards Bay on Saturday, with Vled en Vleis playing as host to another thrilling exciting round across Females A, Females B and Males A division. One of the standout stories of the weekend was the impressive resurgence of Ziphozonke in the Males A division. After a difficult start of the campaign, the side of produced a back-to-back victories to reignite their season, defeating the current Grand Finale holder Ocean Dolphins 41-39 before overcoming King Shaka 54-41 in another confident display.

In the Females A division, BSS Stars made a strong statement with a commending 54-24 victory over DUT Hurricanes ,while PMB Giants secured an important 47-31 win over Pinetown Eagles . Cheetahs SA also opened with their weekend with a hard-fought 48-40 victory against UniZulu. Hammarsdale Sunbeams won in style with a convincing 54-35 win over PMB Giants, but it was Ziphozonke who stole the spotlight by defeating Cheetahs SA 59-49 to maintain their impressive form.

In Female B division also produced entertaining contests, with Amanzimtoti recording a dominant 58-38 victory over Happy Club. KNC edged Mtuba Central 39-37 before overcoming Midlands Academy 51-42, while eDumbe Thunderbirds defeated Ulundi Movers 48-35. PMB Sprinters narrowly beat Happy Club 57-54in one of the closest encounter of the weekend and UKZN rounded off the action with a comprehensive 62-37 victory over eDumbe Thunderbirds.

In the Males division continued to provide high-quality netball. UMtuba Central outclassed Firecracker 86-25, Ocean Predators cruised 57-15win over Umlazi Panthers, and UniZulu comfortable defeated Ulundi Movers 65-24. Cheetahs SA later claimed a convincing 56-18 victory over Umlazi Panthers, while Mtuba Central edged Hammarsdale Sunbeams 46-43 in a closely contested battle. Later Sunbeams responded strongly in their final fixture , defeating UniZulu 42-39.
